Introduction: Carnival’s New Dining Room Menus

In early 2026, Carnival began rolling out all new dining room breakfast, brunch, and dinner menus. You’ll notice some old favorites as well as a new section called “Carnival Crew Favorite” on the dinner menus featuring global flavors from the home countries of crew members. Overall the new menus have been well received on the ships that currently have them. If you’d like to see all the new menus for each itinerary, I have them all posted here:

Rollout Schedule For Carnival’s NEW Dining Room Menus

Here are the dates the new menus will be arriving on each ship. I will be updating this schedule as new dates are released, so be sure to check back frequently if your sailing hasn’t been announced yet.

When will the new menus be coming to the CARNIVAL PRIDE?

The new menus are currently onboard the Pride.

When will the new menus be coming to the CARNIVAL RADIANCE?

When will the new menus be coming to the CARNIVAL SPIRIT?

The new menus will begin on the Spirit on April 28.

When will the new menus be coming to the CARNIVAL SPLENDOR?
