Carnival Releases New 2026 Dinner Menus
Anticipation has been building since Carnival announced in late 2025 that they’d be rolling out brand new main dining room (MDR) dinner menus in early 2026. Well the first lucky ships, the Celebration, Magic, Mardi Gras, and Panorama have received them and the Liberty and Sunshine will receive them by the end of March. Are you ready for a first look?

Here are the new menus. You’ll notice many old favorites as well as a new section called “Carnival Crew Favorite” featuring global flavors from the home countries of crew members. I’ll be updating this post as I receive more clarity around the order of the menus for each itinerary (this is the order for the 8-night cruises) and the complete roll out schedule across the rest of the fleet, so keep checking back. Today’s Bonus Cruising Tip
I always buy travel insurance to cover my cruises, but I never purchase it through Carnival. It costs more and usually covers less than policies you purchase on your own. I go through sites like travelinsurance.com* to compare plans and prices and get the best deal for the coverage I want. It’s a simple process – just enter your travel dates, total travel costs (airfare, cruise fare, hotel, etc), and a few bits of information about yourself and see quotes and read reviews. Spend less on insurance and spend more on excursions, special onboard cruise experiences and…future cruises!

Any idea if 6 night cruises that have the new menus will still have 2 elegant nights (ie. Lobster)?
I haven’t seen the exact 6 night lineup yet (should be receiving it this week), but it will definitely still have two formal nights. Don’t know about the lobster yet, but the 7 and 8 night itineraries do still include it on the 2nd formal night.
Can’t wait to see the 6 day since I will be on Panorama in May 😊ready for a change hope it’s a good one one! I love the soups but not fond of cold soup and are one every day so that isn’t a plus for me.
I’ll post the order of the menus for the 6-night itineraries as soon as I receive them! Have a fantastic cruise on the Panorama. She’s such a fun ship!

New gluten free menus for 2026? and will jubilee get them before May?
