Dining on land at sea, but without the bill at the end! That’s essentially how it works on the Resilient Lady (and all Virgin ships). With a wide variety of both upscale and casual restaurants, all included in the cruise fare (with the exception of a few premium items you can choose to pay extra for as indicated on the menus below), sailors (passengers) can make reservations in advance for dinner (one reservation per restaurant can be booked in advance of your cruise via the app) and brunch (once onboard) and can just show up for breakfast and lunch.
Who’s eager to see the menus? Sadly, I don’t actually have them. So I guess you’ll just have to book yourself on the Resilient Lady! I kid, I kid (but you should still book yourself on the Resilient Lady if you haven’t done so already – otherwise looking at these menus will be the cruelest form of torment). Here are the current menus on the Resilient Lady:

There are two possible test kitchen “menus” (they are not so much menus, but lists of key ingredients used to create the dishes you will enjoy) on Resilient Lady, referred to as “Menu A” and “Menu B.” The menu typically switches part way through each sailing.

Menu B

The Dock House Happy Hour Menu (served from 4:30pm-6:30pm)
There is no traditional buffet on the Resilient Lady (or any Virgin ship), but The Galley, a fast-casual food hall, is your spot to grab a quick (and gluttonous should you so desire – you can order as much as you want) meal.
And with that…
