Fresh off my cruise onboard the Discovery Princess, I can confirm that Princess is the latest line to increase beverage prices. You can see the updated pricing on the standard Princess bar menu below. This isn’t an inclusive list of every drink available at every bar on every Princess ship and you’ll notice that some prices are still missing, but it will give you a pretty good idea of what to expect in terms of the updated pricing. I’ll post a more complete set of menus when I receive them. In the meantime…
For a detailed breakdown of the new Princess cruise packages (Princess Plus and Princess Premier) and exactly what they include, see my article: NEW Princess Cruise Packages Explained. But generally, in terms of beverages, the Plus package will include most individual beverages priced up to $15 and the Premier package will include most individual beverages priced up to $20. If you order a drink priced higher, you will only pay the difference (so anything above $15 for the Plus package and $20 for the Premier package).
And with that bit of unwelcome, but not entirely shocking news…
Class Dismissed!
