Holland America Specialty Restaurant Menus 2022

Personally, I feel special from the moment I skip and twirl onto the gangway at embarkation until security finds me hiding under my stateroom bed on debarkation day when my mood shifts to crushing disappointment: “binging all five seasons of Money Heist leading up to my cruise had me convinced I’d get away with it this time.”

That’s to say that I don’t generally find it necessary to dine at specialty restaurants on my cruises – they are special enough already and, more to the point, I’m cheap. However, I understand that they serve an important purpose for many. For example, for husbands who forgot their anniversary: “Surprise honey, I was waiting to celebrate at Canaletto’s on our cruise!” (Sorry, Bill, but $19 at Canaletto’s isn’t cutting it – better spring for the Pinnacle Gala.)

In any case, for those who are celebrating a special occasion three months late or who have onboard credit to burn through or who just want a stepped up dining experience on their Holland America cruise, here are the menus for all the specialty dining venues on HAL. I’ve indicated which ship each is available on and current pricing for 2022 (but double check your particular ship and itinerary as prices are subject to change). I’ve also collected all the complimentary dining menus and bar menus for Holland America ships and have linked to those at the end. Holland America’s Canaletto Menu 2022

Canaletto, Holland America’s Italian specialty restaurant is available on the Eurodam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Nieuw Statendam, Noordam, Oosterdam, Rotterdam, Volendam, Westerdam, Zaandam, and Zuiderdam. The current charge for Canaletto is $19 plus an automatic 18% gratuity.

Holland America’s Pinnacle Gala Menu 2022

This special gala menu will be available at the Pinnacle Grill on a select night for $142 plus an 18% automatic gratuity. Check your Navigator app to see when it will be offered on your sailing. Also, I’m now accepting donations to support my blog from anyone who can afford a $142 dinner (just kidding…sort of).

Holland America’s Dive In and Pinnacle Grill Room Service Menus 2022

While the regular room service menu is complimentary on Holland America, you can order items from Dive In or Pinnacle Grill to be delivered to your stateroom for an extra charge as indicated on the supplemental room service menu below.

Nami is a sushi specialty restaurant on Holland America and is available on the following ships: Eurodam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Nieuw Statendam, and Rotterndam. Prices are à la carte as indicated below plus an 18% automatic gratuity.

Kids 12 and under can eat for half off or order for free from the regular kid’s menu. Tamarind is available on the Eurodam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Nieuw Statendam, and Rotterndam.
