Here are the 2026 Holland America bar menus as well as the drink packages offered. Prices have remained mostly stable and are very reasonable compared to many other lines. Tip: For those without a beverage package, you’ll want to note that Holland America offers a happy hour, offered most days (usually) from 4pm-5pm at select bars (usually the Ocean Bar and Billboard Onboard) where drinks are 50% off. I enjoy one drink at the bar and then grab another right before 5pm to take to dinner with me.

Before we get the the bar menus, here’s what Holland America’s Signature, Elite, and Quench beverage packages include.
The price on the Signature package has gone up to $60.95 per person/per day and the price of the Elite package has gone up to $65.95 per person/per day. The Signature package includes drinks up to $11 and the Elite package includes drinks up to $15. The Signature package has a 15 drink limit per day including all zero-proof drinks (specialty coffees, sodas, mocktails, energy drinks, etc). The Elite package has a 15 drink limit per day excluding zero proof drinks (guests with the Elite package can enjoy unlimited zero proof beverages). If you have the Signature package and order a drink priced over $11, you will only pay the difference in price (so if a drink is priced at $14, you’ll pay $3). Similarly, if you have the Elite package and order something over $15, you will only pay the difference in price (so if a drink is priced at $18, you will only pay $3).
The price of the Quench beverage package has increased to $17.75 per person/per day. The Quench package includes all espresso coffee beverages, mocktails, smoothies, juice (except for fresh squeezed and cold pressed juice), soda, energy drinks, and water. There is a 15 drink limit per day.

I ALWAYS buy travel insurance* (especially during these uncertain times) to cover my cruises, but I NEVER purchase it through Holland America.
