What is GigSky and How Can it Save Me Big Money on my Next Cruise?
Cruise ship internet is so expensive and so are the necessary international cellular plans that allow you to use your phone in many cruise ports. I’ve found a possible hack! On my last cruise onboard Holland America’s Zaandam for a 16-night Hawaii/Mexico itinerary, I used a new “cruise + port” eSIM data plan offered by GigSky. I used it exclusively for all my data needs at sea and in Hawaii and Mexico and it was just as fast as the $525 internet plan my husband purchased from Holland America (and once we got to Mexico my husband had no data coverage while at port, so we both relied on my GigSky plan to find our way around, to book an Uber, and for translation apps). What are the Details of the Cruise Prize?
While the “terms and conditions” are short on details regarding the exact nature of the cruise prize, they do state that the prize will be:
- One (1) Grand Prize of a cruise gift certificate for up to $4,500. Winner must book the cruise through an eligible travel agent.
How do I Enter?
There are two ways to enter:
- Buy an Eligible Plan: Buy any Gigsky Cruise and Land Plan and you will be automatically entered.
- Online Entry: Fill out the form at this address (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY).
Each person is limited to one (1) entry, regardless of the method of entry, the number of plans purchased, or the username, email address, address, phone number or other information used to enter. Any person found to have violated this provision will be disqualified.
When is the Entry Deadline?
All valid entries must be received by March 28, 2025 at 10 am EST.
Who’s Eligible to Enter?
The contest is open to all existing and new GigSky users globally, except in any jurisdiction where this contest may not be permitted by applicable law, as determined by GigSky in its sole discretion. This contest is void where prohibited. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to enter. No purchase is required to participate. Employees of GigSky and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these contest rules.
How Many Times can I Enter?
Only one total entry per person is permitted (either by purchasing a GigSky plan or filling out the form – DO NOT DO BOTH).
