Celebrity, joining several other cruise lines, is currently testing new main dining room dinner menus on the Equinox. The most striking changes include cuts to some “timeless” appetizers, entrees, and desserts previously offered every night and new “premium selections” with a supplemental charge. Celebrity has not announced if and when these new menus will be rolled out fleet-wide, but I would bet a similar version will be coming to other Celebrity ships in the coming months. Stay tuned!
