One of the most coveted loyalty perks available on Carnival is an invitation to lunch from the Captain, extended to diamond members of the VIFP Club (Carnival’s loyalty club). However, recently Carnival decided to nix the lunch and offer a cocktail party instead. HOWEVER, after feedback (read as “many angry complaints”) from diamond level VIFP members, Carnival has decided reinstate the Diamond Lunch for cruises beginning on or around August 1st, 2023. Here’s the new menu (this menu changes periodically, usually once per quarter, so be sure to check back for updated menus):
