While it’s hard to find anyone else so cheap as to rinse out and reuse toilet paper (kidding, but just barely), no one likes to pay more than they have to for gratuities and popular cruise add-ons. So if you’re sailing on a Carnival cruise on or after May 1, 2022 you’ll want to prepay your gratuities and for any other add-ons you plan on enjoying before prices go up! Here are the current prices and what they’ll be raised to beginning on May 1, 2022:

I ALWAYS buy travel insurance (especially during Covid times) to cover my cruises, but I NEVER purchase it through a cruise line. It costs more and usually covers less than policies you purchase on your own. I go through sites like travelinsurance.com* to compare plans and prices and get the best deal for the coverage I want. Spend less on insurance and spend more on excursions, special onboard cruise experiences and…future cruises!
