In late January of 2026, Carnival introduced an updated “everyday” menu in the main dining room (MDR). Items from this section of the dinner menu will be available, as the name implies, every day of every Carnival sailing regardless of the length. So, what changed?

Those who haven’t cruised on Carnival recently may be thinking, “wait, didn’t they always offer salmon?” No. The salmon option was dropped from the most recent version of the menu. But good news for seafood lovers: It’s back! And early reviews are overwhelmingly positive! Here’s the updated menu:
