I occasionally consume it to avoid making a scene at a social function, but the pained expression on my face and the multiple packs of Sweet ‘n Low I stir in tend to unmask my true feelings.

Caymus Vineyards Winemaker Dinner

Earlier this month Princess announced a new speciality dining opportunity available to guests: the Caymus Vineyards Winemaker Dinner. A press release from the line described the new offering as follows:

The new Winemaker Dinner leverages the expansive expertise of Chuck Wagner, owner and winemaker of the renowned Napa Valley’s Caymus Vineyards, to deliver a five-course menu, crafted to complement the tasting notes of his wines.

Sami Kohen, Princess vice president of food and beverage, went on to say:

Our new Caymus Vineyards Winemaker Dinner further elevates the Princess culinary experience and wonderfully showcases the elegance of cruising. Our passionate culinary team and Chuck have curated what promises to deliver a deliciously memorable and tantalizing experience that will have our guests talking long after the last course and glass of wine are served.

$140 per person.

When and Where does the Caymus Vineyards Winemaker Dinner Take Place?

The Caymus Vineyards Winemaker Dinner takes place in the Crown Grill and will be offered 2-3 times per sailing depending on itinerary. Only 12 guests can be accommodated per seating, so be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible so you receive your preferred day/time.

Reservations can only be made onboard. Visit the reservations desk on embarkation day or call restaurant reservations from your stateroom phone.
