These are the main dining room (MDR) menus we enjoyed on our recent 7-night New England/Canada itinerary onboard Holland America’s ms Zuiderdam. While the MDR menus are mostly the same across all Holland America ships and itineraries, you will notice some “EXC port to table” selections that were specific for this particular itinerary.
The dining room was only open for lunch twice on our sailing, on embarkation day and on our sea day (which was day 6). It was not open on any port days.
